Specifications, compatibility and ordering information
The 2-Port FTTH Desktop Fiber Optic Terminal Box is a compact indoor enclosure for terminating, splicing and storing up to two optical fibers at the subscriber or equipment side of an FTTH network. It provides two adapter positions together with internal space for splice protection, fiber routing and spare-fiber storage, allowing the final fiber connection to be kept inside one small enclosure instead of using a larger distribution box.
The product shown is configured with two SC/APC adapters and is suitable for residential FTTH connections, office fiber access points, indoor LAN termination and other small fiber endpoints. For projects using a different connector scheme, the adapter type and connector polish should be confirmed before ordering so the supplied box matches the existing patch cord, pigtail and network interface.
The internal layout keeps the splice area and stored fiber separated from the adapter connection points, giving installers enough space to complete a two-fiber termination while keeping the finished connection organized. Depending on the project, the terminal box can be supplied as an enclosure only or prepared with the required adapters and pigtails. Confirming this configuration before shipment helps avoid missing components during installation.
